Potomac Fever 2005

Another fine event put on by the Potomac Squash Club.  The 6th Annual Potomac Fever had 80 entrants, eclipsing last year's record by 1.  Again, we started on Thursday night with the heavily laden 3.5 bracket followed by Friday's 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 full brackets Friday.  The place was buzzing as usual with a highly engaging Saturday and a more exciting Sunday. See here for all the details.

Howe Cup 2005
The Howe Cup women teams event was concluded in Philadelphia, the weekend October 28-30th.  A record 140 women participated at the Ringe courts of the University of Pennsylvania. Although our teams suffered a few injuries and struggled with stiff competition, the reports coming in sound like the weekend was enjoyed by all. Check out more details including a full wrap up of the weekend for the locals in here.
