Fox TV Coverage of Squash at Bethesda S&H  (Jan 2006)
Holly Morris and the FOX5 morning news team did an expose of squash at Bethesda Sport and Health on Wednesday 4th January. The session produced over 10 minutes of TV coverage, all of which went live to air between 7-9am that morning. Connie Barnes and several of the local juniors who play at Bethesda got some airtime doing a series of simple drills. Holly quizzed Connie and the group on various aspects of the game, including the fitness element, why they liked it and the relationship with college. FOX5 claims a viewing audience of 1.5 million through that period. Some of the action is available on streaming video here (broadband recommended).

Rating/Ranking and Membership Update (Jan 2006)
Results from NCSRA league and local tournament play are used to calculate a numerical rating of your squash ability, and it has proven to be a fairly reliable indicator of your relative skill level. The rating system is used to determine which leagues you are eligible to play in. The ratings from league and tournament matches played up to the end of the year have been posted under the membership page.  Results pro Brian O'Hora is currently the No 1 ranked player in the NCSRA at 6.02, see the ladder to find your position. The data tables also display the expiry date of your membership, so you can also check to see if you are current.
