Old NCSRA By-Laws
Article IV – Member Club Representatives
Section 1. Each Member Club shall provide a Representative to conduct that Member Club's business with the NCSRA.
Section 2. A Representative shall serve as a member of the Board.
Section 3. An Alternate Representative shall serve in the Representative's absence or if the Representative resigns or is elected as an officer of the NCSRA.
Section 4. The term of office of a Representative and Alternate Representative shall be from the June meeting until the June meeting of the following year.
Section 5. A Representative and Alternate Representative may succeed themselves.
These By-laws were adopted at Washington, D.C., on April 11, 1994.
