To play in the local league you must join the NCSRA as well as the USSRA. To do this online (requires a $2.50 fee) go to
USSRA
and select "Join the USSRA today".
 When asked to "Choose Your Local Association", use 
 the Mid-Atlantic Region pull-down menu to choose NCSRA. This will ensure the dual membership.

 Print the form and mail it in with a check.
