To play in the local league you must join the NCSRA as well as the USSRA. No fee is required to renew on line. Go to
USSRA
and select "Join the USSRA today".
 When asked to "Choose Your Local Association", use 
 the Mid-Atlantic Region pull-down menu to choose NCSRA. This will ensure the dual membership.
